Upton, State Director of Selective Service, said today that he has received notice from the Director of Selective Ser vice to proceed with the disposal of the individual .files of regis trants of the Selective Training and Service Act of 1940, as amended. k He pointed out tnat any World n registrants needing information' from his World War II selective ser vice file should request it now be fore the loss of such Information information must be requested by destruction of the records.
