Proctorvllle Elementory School observed their annual Spring Festival. Three of the class queens chosen during this event ore sisters. They are the doughters of Mr. ond Mrs. Hatvie S. Locklear and the late Eorl Cranston Strickland. Melonie Nicole ond Millicent Celeste, twins, were representotives of the second grade and Deena Jo Anne represented the fourth grode.
