The highest bidder at said

in cash at the sale an amount
equal to ten percent (10%) of
his or her bid as evidence of

remain open for ten (10) days
to permit the making of an
upset bid. If the time for
making an upset bid shall
expire without such bid having'
been made, the Board may
confirm the sale if it deems the
highest bid to be an adequate

A. Maintenance Mechanic.
Must be able to do routine
service work on commercial
heating and air-conditioning
systems. Must also be willing
to do minor plumbing and
general upkeep of County
buildings.
At least high school edu
cation with five years exper
ience or an equivalent of
education and experience.
Salary: S9.192.00.
B. Tax Clerk II. This person
will be responsible for per
forming a variety of clerical
duties involving the listing and
recording of county taxes. Also
perform secretarial duties as
assigned by the Tax Super
visor.
High school graduation plus
two years office experience
dealing with the public.
Salary: S7.6S6.00.
