An Environmental Review Record respecting the within project has been prepared by the Town of Pembroke which documents the environmental review of the project and more Fully sets forth the reasons why such Statement is not required. This Environmental Review is on file at the Town of Pembroke Town Hall and is available for public examina tion and copying upon request at the Town Manager's Office during normal business hours. No further environment re view of such project is proposed to be conducted prior to the request for release of Federal funds. PUBLIC COMMENTS ON FINDING All interested agencies, groups and persons disagree ing with this decision are invited to submit written comments for consideration by the Pembroke Town Coun cil to the Mayor's office at the above address. Such written comments received on or before January 10, 1983. All such comments so received will be considered and the Town will not request the release of Federal funds or take any administrative action on the within project prior to the date specified in the preceding sentence. RELEASE OF FUNDS The Town of Pembroke will undertake the project described above with Block jjrant funds from the .North. Carolina Department of Natu ral Resources and Community Development under Title 1 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. The Town of Pembroke is certify ing to NRCD that Pembroke and James A. Jacobs, in his official capacity as Mayor, consent to accept the jurisdic tion of the Federal courts if an action is brought to enforce responsibility in relation to environmental reviews, deci sion making and action; and that these responsibilities have been satisfied.
