To read some of lis notes you need a mirror. Cont'd From Paae 2 his foot in his mouth again.' vote and elected the board of directors there and by the democratic process. This wri ter says the denial of the petition means it probably will be decided by a judge, and it is difficult to find an objective arbiter who can rule on a decision as this is. Not only does this writer and the Robesonian in my opinion, disapprove of the democratic process of legal elections, they do not trust the judicial system either. Are they typi 1 cal American citizens? This writer of the Robeson ian states his opinion, that because the board of directors turned down the two petitions for a recall election, the directors may have uninten tionally sent a message to the - membership that any petition effort cannot succeed. I can tell you that any and all petitions will fail, in my opinion, if they are as crude and stupidly drawn as these two petitions were. This writer of the Robeson ian says to "create a policy that in anyway reduces the voices of the members would be a tragic mistake." 1 agree with this one hundred per cent. But you do not destroy and/or delete the vote* ?hcse member consumers cast last October 19th, 1982 when they elected these board directors to serve the membership. To destroy the membership voic es by destroying their votes wo-'M indeed be tragic. This writer of the Robeson ian states and I quote-"we are not questioning the board's refusal of either of the previ ous two petitions. The deci sions were within the boards scope."-unquote.You can call it scope, I call it what it is, intelligence on behalf of the board of directors and respect for the member consumers who elected them to serve and they are serving very well. In my opinion, writer of the Robesonian, you should have printed the last quote as your one and only paragraph, because the more you wrote, the more ridiculous it reads. P.S. Did you mail your subsciption to Bruce Barton for the Carolina Indian Voice, Voice? You will enjoy reading both sides of any and all issues. Joha L. I have told you all the while that truth and time will give us the answer to any and all issues. God gave us the time to bring out the truth pertaining to the LREMC Action Group, This witer of the Robeson ian should join the Action Group. In my opinion, their thinking is very similar, the elite of Robeson's illiterates. m /t s iv ? jv 111 1WM9 0M you g0t on* of WPP fwynw? orki4a^ jrMdk on your MWngt? fry Mbkmunnc* The iHat Street Journal.
