She carried a Bible topped with rosebuds, carnations, and bhby's breath. The maid of honor was Lizzie Jane Loddenr, twin aisterof the bride, of Lumberton. She wore a tea length gown of pink Jackie-0 satin with a round neckline, fitted waist, mollet sleeves and gathered skirt She carried a nosegay of ivory, carnations, and miniature mums with ribbons. Bridesmaids were Milicent Sampson of Charlotte; Irma Deese of Pembroke; Jo Ann Demety of Pembroke; Cletia Locklear of Pembroke; Judy W<man of Pen 1 broke; Karen Privette of Raligh; Elaine Hagans of Charlotte; and Lelia Jacobs of Lumberton. The best man was Garry Sampson, son of the groom, of Charlotte. Ushers were Reedy Lowry, Jr. of Pembroke; Lacy L Cummin gs of Pembroke; Earl D. Locklear of Pembroke; Alton Ray Hagans of Lumberton; James Hunt, Jr. of Lumberton; James ray Locklear of Lumberton; Larry Sampson of Pembroke; and Larry Sampson Jr. of Pembroke. The groom wore a dark gray tuxedo with tails and black eummbund and bow tie. The best man and ushers wore charcoal gray tuxedos with and dusty rose cummerbunds and dust}/ rose bow ties. Other members of the wedding party were Faron Locklear, flower girl and Brandon Sampson, ring hosier, Ass lowry, miniature bride and Justin Deese, miniiature groom. The wedding reception was held on April 21, 1990 in Mt Airy Church Fellowship Hall. It was hosted by the bride's family. The rehearsal dinner was held on April 20,1990 set Mt Airy Community Building. Loddear and the late Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Maynor of Pembroke. She graduated from West Robeeon High School in 1987 and attends Richmond Community College School of Nursing. She is employed by Jewels by Park Lone. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. R.L j Loddear of Maxton and the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. | Floyd Loddear of Maxton and Mr. and Mrs. Harvey Dial i of Pembroke. He graduated from West Robeson High School in 1986 and attended Robeson Community College. He is co-owner of R.L Locklear's Construction Company of Maxton. The bride was given in marriage by her father. The bride wore a long gown of white satin, ft had a sweetheart neckline and leg-of-mutton sleeves. The bodice and sleeves were trimmed with imported lace hand-beaded with seed pearls and irridescent sequins. The skirt was a sheath design with a lace border and an attached cathedral-length train. The train had imported lace appliques which were also beaded. Her vee-shaped headpiece of pearls and pearl sprays was trimmed with a back pouf and fingertip illusion. She wore a long gown of Cerise satin, styied,prith a scoop neckline with beaded appliques accenting1- the sides, shiired sleeves and a butterfly peplum. She carried a long stemmed calla lily. Bridesmaids wre Feline Locklear of Chapel Hill; CaHa Oxendine of Atlanta, Ga.; Jayme Lowiy of Charlotte; Maria Locklear of Greensboro; Kim Strickland, Danita Thomas and Nanci locklear, all of Pembroke; Penny Loddear of Mszton; and Demetria Hunt of Lumherton. They were gowned like the honor attendant The beet man was the father of the groom. Ushers were Nick locklear. Venus Maynor. Kelvin Elk. Ronald Loddear, Trent Deese, Wayne Maynor and Harvey Deese, all of Pembroke; David Locklear, Kinyata locklear and Robin Strickland, all of Maxton; and Anthony Barnes of Rowland. The groom wore a black formal tailcoat with matching formal trousers, wing-tip shirt white vest and tie. The ushers were dressed like the groom with Cerise accessories. Other members of the wedding party were Catisha Freeman, flower girl, and Teddy Chavis and Patrick Lynch, ringbearers. The wedding dinner was held on April 14 in Pembroke. It was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. Nickie L Locklear and Mr. and Mrs. R.L Locklear. The rehearsal dinner was held on April IS at Holiday Inn in Iaurinbui-g. It was hosted by Mr. and Mrs. R.L Loddear.
