Beginning the next school year, all children will be required to have two doses of MMR vaccine for measles, mumps and rubella and one H1B or Hemophilus influenza B dose. The first MMR dose sboukl've been administered on or after the child's first birthday and before its fifth birthday. Five DTP/DT doses for Diphtheria, Tetanus and Whooping cough are also required except that, if the fourth dose was administered after the child's fourth birthday, the fifth dose is not required.
