He received the Good Conduct Medal, Armed Forces Expeditionary, and two Army Accommodations. \ Tech. Sgt William Revels (Saddletree Precinct) He retired as a Technical Sergeant with the United States Air Force after 30 years service to the USAF and the United Slates Army. He served 22 years active and 8 years with the Air Force Reserves. Foreign service included Central Pacific, which is Hawaii He was there during Japanese attack and also Tenth Army Okinatva. He served stateside for approximately 17 years. He received the American Defense Medal with I Battle Star, Asia Pacific Campaign Medal with 2 Battle Stars, the WW II Victory Medal, the Hood Conduct Medal with 5 Loops and the National Defense Medal. His military experiences included serving as a Commissioned Officer with the US Army. He was a Naval flight officer; h as3500flight h ours, including600hoursofcombatflight in Vietnam.
