District HI is comprised of North and South Pembroke, Alfordsville, Union, Rowland, Gaddys and Thompson precincts. This district is represented by Frances Sanderson (910) 628-7192 and Willie James Mitchell j (910) 422-3250. Because North and South Pembroke Precincts are the y largest Indian precincts, four people pre each representing one-fourth of I the population. District #1 has 3,083 Indian registered voters. These J figures are based on the statistics available as of November 1992 and does jj not reflect the voters list after the purging of the rolls. District #2 is comprised of2,651 voters and includes Maxton, Prospect, Oxen dine Precincts. Board members in that district are Pauline B. 5 I.t?.klear (910) 521-4227.
