I Jimmy Goins wins race for Tribal Chairman Unofficial vote returns show Jimmy Coins as the new Tribal Chairman. Unofficial votes show lie defeated Dr. Ruth Dial Woods by 86 votes. Goins received a total of 2639 and Woods received 2553. Others ninning for Tribal Chair were Rev Jerry McNeill who received 795 votes; Lee Edward Sampson received 245; and Juaniia Strickland received 99 votes The election for 21 council seats showed some changes.
