ty on Tuesday, December 10th. 121,
for th purpose of submitting to a rota
of the qualified voter of said County
th question of Issuing bonds In a sum
not exceeding 1100,000 for providing for
Oullford County a County Tuberculo
id Hospital, and of levying s tax for
a maintenance fund for same; all of
which will fully appear In ths follow
ing resolution passed by the Board at
Its regular meeting held on the tth
day of November, 1121,

sembly of North Carolina entitled, "An
Act to Provide For th Eraatlon and
Maintenance of County Tuberculosis
Honpltals" ratified on th 1st day of
March, A. 0. HIT, and amended on ths
7th day of March. A. D. 1919, and on
th 8th day of March. A D. 1911, a
special election In said County is here
by called to be held on th iOth day
of December, ltji, for the purpose of
submitting to the qualified voters of
said County the question of issuing
bonds not exceeding 1100,000 In par
value, th proceed of aam to be used

tering building, and equipping .ame,
to be used as a hospital for ths treat
ment of tuberculosis, and of 'cvylpg a
special annual tax not to exceed five
cent on the one hundred dollars (1100)
valuation of property, and fifteen cents
on th poll, to bs used as g mainten
ance fund for said hospital for tuber
culosis. At which said election those favor
ing th Issue of said bonds shall vole
a ballot labelled with (lis words "For
County Tuberoulosls Hospital," and
those against the Issue of no. Id bonds
phall vote a ballot labelled with the
words "Against County Tuberculosis
Hospltal"i and those favoring th levy
ing the special annual tax shall vote
a ballot labelled with the words "For
Maintenance of County Tuberculosis
Hospital," and those against levying
aid, tax shall vote a bsllot labelled
with the words "Against Maintenance
of County Tuberculosis Hospital."
Resolved further that the election
shall be held as provided by said acts
and th amendments thereof, and for
that purpose the Registrar appointed
by said Hoard are, hereby directed be.

and sunset on each day, (Sunday ex
cepted) for twenty days preceding the
day for closing the Reglstrstion Hooks
as hereinafter provided, to keep open
said bookav- for the registration (
any electors residing within each of
said precincts, and entitled to register;
that said book shall bs closed for reg.
