That section SOS of thee printed ordinances ot Greensboro be. amended so as to read as follows: Ssotlon 106, Charges for Gleaning, That every owner of land In the city of ureensboro upon which land there Is a surface closet shall annually pay to the tax collector the sum of 14.00 for each auoh closet, for having the same clean ed as provided by section 101, and the same must be paid during the mouth of January. The tax collector shall Issue a metal license tag which muse he at tached to the closet for which the tax Is paid, In a position such that It will be In plan view. Licenses shall run from January 1 to December 21. For the charge aforesaid the city shall cause such oloaet to be oleaned as by these ordinances provided without further expense to the owner.
