A.'S IN SESSION AT SAVANNAH TODAY Savannah, Oa., June 11. The Travel ers Protective Association began ite an nual national convention in Savannar this morning with something like 1,000 visitors taking part. The day's program begun with the holding of a big prise parade anticipated in by a number of contesting delegations from various 'itntes. BATCHELOR BELLE CLUB ENTERTAINED Saturday evening Miss Helen Ed wards entertained the Batchelor Belle Club in honor of the members who have just returni'd to the city from college. Patriotic songs were sung by all the members, and different selections were played on the Kdison. The hostess then served delicious refreshments in two courses. Those enjoying Miss Edwards hospitality were: Misses Louise Toler, Julia Cherry, Myrtle Joyner, Bailie' Thorne, Margaret Johnson, Gladys Keel, Annie B. Cox, Edna Fowler and Eliza beth 1'emberton. The club was delight ed to have Miss Nannie Collint of Wil son, as its guest. . -c
