a popularity contest to deter

ei for each contestant and the
young lady who receive the larg
est number of votes is crowned

ceremony. Many useful presents
are given to winners ot the con

down town and Hayti Merchants.
The outstanding gift being ,a
becutiful silver loving cup given
annually by the N. ^ C. Mutual
Life' Insurance Company. By
