Gal lagher, president of Talladega College, will be one of the prin cipal speakers at the 32nd an nual conference of the NAACP in Houston, Tex. on June 26,1941. I>r. Gallagher, as one of the two nain speakers on that even ing, which will be devoted to the {woblems of youth, will talk on equality in education. The other speaker will be Madison S. Jones Jr. director of youth work for the NAACP. Paramount topic at the annual conference will be the position of the Negro in the national defense program. Principal addressBS on this topic will be given Wednes day night, June 25, by A. Philip Prance, we learn, is working on a project to build a railroad from Capablanca to Dakar.
