Last Wednesady night, a dance was held at the Columbi# Heights Recreation Center, given by the Teen agers. Everybody’s been rushing a- round and going places this past week and enoying the freedom of the good ole sum mer time while they may! Seems as if this time of year, all the teen-agers start the best part of their summer vacation . .. Leaving home and meeting enw friends. She returned last Wednesday, af ter spending two weeks there. Also Patterson is still visiting In Washington, D. C. She’ll be home soon. Tyrone Bryre is visiting relatives in New York. College In Greensboro. Mrs. Roberson Is also a uate of Winston-Salem Teach ers College, from which she received the B. S. Degree in 1941. Formerly, she taught in Rock Hill, South Carolina and Craw- fordvllle, Georgia. At present, she Is employed with the Win ter Haven High School in Florida, where she will resume her teaching activities this fall. Last year, she taught Pub lic Music and Interpretive Dancing.
