Founder's Day Hears Franklin TUSKECrEE, Al«. — Dr. John H 'pc Franklin, Chsirman of the Department of History, Brooklyn College, will deliver the Founder's Day Address at Tuskegee Institute, Sunday, March 22. This is one of the Institute’s major annual events which follows the Spring Meeting of the Board of Trustees convening uu day, March' 21. Dr. Franklin has taught at Fisk University, St. Augustine’s College, and North Carolina College st Durham.
