He is survived by his wife Mrs. Ruth Thomas Malone; three sons: Williams, of Dur ham, Thomas of Chicago, and Ralph Malone, of Ocala, Fla.; two daughters; Mrs. Edith John son and Mrs. Ann Lunsford, both of Durham; four brothers: Charles and Clarence Malone of Durham; Joseph, of Patterson, N. J., and Wiley Malone, of Portsmouth, Va.; two sisters: Mrs. Sadie Martin, of Patter son. N. J., and Mrs. Elizabeth White, of New York City; 12 nephews, ' four nieces and a host of friends.
