Speigner, Di rector of the Division of Re- .source-Use Education and Pro fessor of Geography, North Car olina College has been invited to deliver one of the principal addresses at the forthcoming annual convention of the Con servation Education Association which will be held at Wisconsin State College, Stevens Point, Wisconp'n, August 19-23. The subject of Dr. Spelgner’s address is. "Conservation: A State-Level Responsibility.” Dr. Speigner Is considered nationally as an authority in the field j of Conservation and Conserva tion Education. He has directed the NCC Resource-Use Education program for fifteen years. The statewide Conservation and Re- source-Use Education program of the College has been projected into seventy-two countries.
