Monthly Meet
The May meeting of the N.
C. Mutual Retirement Club was
held Thursday afternoon in the
dining room of the Harriett
Tubman YWCA. C. M. Palmer
presided and extended cordial
greetings. Members were ex
tremely happy to welcome Mr.
and Mrs. E. C. Turner, "Vie"

brief expression of her interest
in the Retirement Club and
mentioned some of the activi

attending earlier meetings. She

a two-part nutshell of material
he had gathered including
somewhat humerous commen
tary of "Signs of the Times,"
and a serious reflection on
musical greats who overcame

hear from within and to pro
duce some of the world's most
enduring and beautiful music.

on the forthcoming trip to
Florida where N. C. Mutual
Trip Winners will be honored
at the President's Club Conven
tion. Several retired employees
have indica dthetyme mmtm m
