Willard Wirtz announced this week. Under a $156,376 Labor De partment contract, the IUE will develop on-the-job train ing agreements initially in 12 cities where the electrical union has a concentration of members. IUE membership will con duct a person-to-person, door to-door campaign to seek out hard-case unemployed and underemployed persons for job training.
