Saute onion and celery in 1/4 cup butter until vegetables are tender but not brown. Add 2 cups chicken broth and sea sonings; bring to a boil. Meanwhile, empty seasoned coating mix into the plastic shaker bag. Moisten chicken pieces with water. Shake off excess liquid. Shake 2 or 3 pieces at a time in the bag until evenly coated. Arrange chicken in a single layer in un greased shallow baking pan. Stir diced toast, corn bread, and parsley into rice mixture. Spoon into 1%-quart baking dish. Heat % cup chicken broth with. 1/4 cup butter until but ter is melted. Drizzle over stuffing mixture. Bake stuffing and chicken at 400 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until stuff ing is lightly browned on top and chicken is tender. Serve with spiced crab apples, if de sired. Makes 4 servings of chicken with 6 cups stuffing. Winn-Dixie Co. Raleigh Store Enters Project RALEIGH Winn-Dixie Ra leigh, Inc.— 2201 S. Wilming ton St., Raleigh, has entered the competition for the Gover nor's Retail Food Industry Award given each year for promotion of North Carolina food products by food retail ers. Awards are given in three categories for excellence in merchandising North Carolina food products, and judging is based on the contestant's pre sentation of newspaper tear sheets and advertising circu, lars, photographs of special in store promotions, and similar visual evidence of boosting "Tarheel" produced and pro cessed foods. Those entering the contest are assisted by specialists from the North Carolina Department of Agriculture markets division promotion section ,who periodi cally visit all the competing stores to show them how to keep evidence of their promo tions in proper order and up to date. These specialists also pass on to the contestants from time to time new ideas for promo tions which may be helpful. The presentation, made by Preston Robert Tisch, president of Loew's Hotels, followed the rib 3A bon-cutting ceremony officially opening the new Traymore Copvention Centre. Girls repre senting all of Loew's hotels look on. Mr. Mundy will re ceive an all-expense-free vaca tion at the Americana of New York, in company with mem bers of his considerable family-
