tour for the New Year Holiday.
They left Durham at 6:00 a.m.
on December 28 for Columbus,
Ohio to visit a brother S/Sgt;
Morris Evans at Lackhaven
AFB, Ohio. Then they journey
ed to Washington, D. C. to see
Mrs. George Evans' brother,
Milton Grimes and his wife.
While there, Mrs. Hubert Evans
visited her daughter and two
sons. After leaving there, they
went to Baltimore, Maryland
and visited the sister of George
Evans and her family, Mrs.
Oedora Atkins. On New Year's
night, they headed for home—
Durham.
