has been carried out in class
room-type settings for 4 and
5-year-old children.

developing learning skills in

borough Funeral Chapel with

Mrs. Thomas, daughter of
Sandy and Mary Brown and
wife of the late Corporal Na
mon Thomas passed at Lincoln
Hospital June 16, at 4:45 a.m.
She was a Registered Nurse
and a beautician. During her
Nurse Training, she stood first
place in every department of
the Nursing course.
She was a member of the
Third Street Bethel A. M. E.
Church in Richmond, Virginia
and sang with the Senior Choir.
Survivors include: three sis
ters. Mrs. Lottie McCurry of

He was born in Durham
the son of the late Mrs. Essie
A. Trice and Roy G. Trice. He
was educated in the Durham
city achools. He wau employed
at Ligett-Myers Co. for many
years. He was a member of the
White Rock Baptist Church.
He was married to Mrs. [c
Taylor Trice who died Aug. 27,
1966.
