Biafra Aid STOCKHOLM Foreign Ministry officials from Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland and Iceland met here Friday to discuss what the' Nordic countries can do to get Red Cross relief flights to Biafra going again. Given in marriage by her adopted godfather, Reverend John Elliot, the bride wore a gown of white silk organza designed with a bodice of white lace accented with white baby pearls and crystals. Her neck line was of low scallow de sign and her sleeves were wrist length cuffed with eight lace buttons. Her undetachable train was of Cathedral length inlaid with roaes of white-lace apricaques. She wore a shoulder length veil head piece attached to a crown of white baby pearls and crystals, and carried a cascade bouquet of white chrysanthemums centered with a double lavender orchid.
