Even such simple ac tivities as brisk walking, bicy cling and hiking can help to improve muscle flexibility and coordination. Walk to a friend's house and enjoy the sights and smells of spring. Or take your grand child or neighbor child to the park and you will see and hear things you haven't noticed in years. Go on a hike with your hus band or wife, set up a date to golf or bicycle with a friend. Walk to church or to the store. Everytime you leave your car in the garage and walk, you are doing yourself a favor. Husky, sturdy, solid and handsome, nylon shutters pro vide an open-and-shut case of beauty, value and style.
