Rangel (D-N.Y.) chairman of the Congressional Black Caucus; William T. Coleman, Secretary of Transportation; Maynarl Jackson, mayor, Atlanta, Georgia; Ethel Allen, councilwoman, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Edward Mclntyre, chairman, Richmond County, Georgia Board of Sommissioners; Carl B. tokespolitical commentator, NBC In New York; Carlton Goodlet, president, National Newspaper Publishers Association; Carl T. Rowan, syndicated columnist and television commentator; Richard Hatcher, mayor, Gary, Indiana; Joanne Collins, councilwoman, Kansas City, Missouri; Congresswoman Barbara Jordan (D-Texas), and Lieutenant Governors Dymally and Brown.
