4 -THE CAROLINA TIMES SAT.. JANUARY 17. 1976 Triangfo Circle Holds Kaas Dinner. On December 1 2 the Triangle Circle held their Christmas dinner at the home of Mrs. Nellie Taylor. The members held a fellowship hour recounting past and current events. Guests were Mr. Strickland and Ms. Vickie Williams. Dinner was served buffet style. The members exchanged gifts after dinner. Assisting with the meal were Mesdames: Janie Garrett, and Margaret Jones. Following the meal the members visited with Mrs. Lizzie Charles at the House Rest Homes. Present were Mesdames: Elise Greene, Rubye McNeill. Ernestine Young, Janie Garrett, Margaret Jones. Lottie Campbell, Bessie Elzey, Ula Evans, Eula Fennell, Jennie Dixon, Fannie Harris. Carrington, 607 Cecil Street, while on a brief recent visit to Durham, from Washington, D. C. Carrington received his education at Hampton Institute and the University of Maryland, College Park. He is employed with the Federal Government in accounting. His wife. La Verne is a graduate of N. C. C. U. and is employed with the Bell Telephone System. Their children are James III and Christopher (Kris) Kendra. both students at the Bailey Elementary School, Fall Church, Virginia. Tereatha Williams, Georgia Thompson, Marzella Webb, Maggie Wilson, Emma Gattis, Yvonne Beasley, and Mrs. Holmes. The circle extend its deepest sympathy to. Mrs. Virginia Miller, upon the loss of her mother, Mrs. Annie Bame,s Gorham and to Mrs. Tereatha Williams, on the loss of her husband, David K. Williams. It is better to have loved and lost, than not to have loved at all. The next meeting will be Jan. 19 at the home of Mrs. Blanche Parham at 7:30 p.m. Ebonottos Host Dobs - ., v.. 4 Xmas Party The Ebonettes Club honored their twenty-four debutantes and their guests at a gala holiday party held at the Compass Room of the Northwestern Bank. At the affair, each deb was presented a gift. According to Mrs. Rose Vaughan, one of the coordinators of the affairs for the debs, the girls will appear on Teenage Frolics (WRAL-TV) on February 14. In addition, they will be the featured models in the J. C. Penney Spring Fashion Show in South Square Mall on March 2 2.
