Howard is the' daughter of Mrs. Ha Hie Crosby and the bte James Crosby of Abbeville, S. C. She is married to Edward L. Howard, who is the Director of the Medical Lab program at Durham College. They have four children, Gail, Victor, Crystal, and Angela.. MRS.
