The president, Mrs. Gazella P. Lipscomb, .presided and opened the meeting by leading the club song and a prayer. Business followed. Included were reports of cheer cards to sick persons and bereaved families. One member, Mrs. Lillic Farringtons was reported' 'to be still hospitalized. Of special in terest was a discussion concerning wheel chairs. The club owns two wheel chairs which are almost continuously on loan to in dividuals who need them (not necessarily club members). The feasibility of purchasing a third chair was discussed and a committee appointed to bring in the necessary detailed informa tion.
