The Museum is dif ferent from others around the country in that slave and co lonial artifacts and memorabi lia wfll be housed in an au thentic slave cabin moved on to the fairgrounds from its original site. Exhibits wfll trace, pictorially, the progress of black people from their be ginning in America to the pre sent. Special displays will de pict ; the achievements of blacks in North Carolina.
