Mrs. Artelia Marsh Perry, a lay person of the church and a descendant of one of its founders, gave an inspiring message integrating the Lay Council’s theme, "Strengthening the Church Through Service, Stewardship and Evangelism" with St. Mark’s centennial tlieme, "A Century Anchored in Faith — A Journey Forward In Grace." . lAs.
