The Durham Alumnae Chapter of Bennett College for Women
hosted its annual “Twenty-Ninth White Breakfast and Scholarship
Fund Raiser” and celebrated 50 years of reorganization, on Saturday,
December 7,2019, 9:30 a.m., at the Durham Hilton Hotel, located at
3800 Hillsborough Road. The Durham Alumnae Chapter presented
the following awards: Awards of Excellence recognize individuals
- who have made a positive impact on the Durham Community. The
Friend of Bennett Award given to a person, not affiliated with Bennett
g College, who has given overwhelming support to the local Alumnae
^Chapter and Bennett College. The Durham Chapter-Phenomenal
Woman Award is given to a chapter member who has demonstrated
o extraordinary dedication to the Chapter. The Durham Alumnae
(j Chapter presented awards to the following distinguished honorees:
