accompanied by Mr. Hudson, consta-
hle of Chester Castle, and arrived in
that city on Wednesday night. The
whole period of imprisonment to -which
Harrison is sentenced is three years and
a half.
It is rumoured, that the learned jud
ges of the Kins'8 Bench are divided in
opinion as to the propriety of granting
a new trial in the case of Sir F. Durdett.
The delay which has taken place in pas
sing their judgment, confirms this re
