The World says the firm of Kilbourne & Latta have decided, it is understood, to address the Speaker of tho House, announcing their willingness to sub mit all testimony in their posses sion, including their books and papers, relating to the real estate pool, to the committee examining that subject; also that on Sunday, if not to-morrow, a resolution of MrTarbo td investi gate the Union Pacific scandal with which Mr. Blaine's name has been connected, will be adopted. u The Republican says that District Attorney Dyer has not forwarded from $t. Louis any recommendation about the pardon of ex Collector Maguire, but private advices say that he willnot approve the petition to the President for his release. It is understood here that Dyer's declaration is based upon political considerations. The same answer will be made iu regard to the application for the pardon of McKee. The Senate is discussing the propos ed amendment to the rules governing impeachment trials, so as to provide that the deliberations of the Senate on the questions submitted shall be in public. A dispatch from Columbus, Ohio, of the 30th, says that Adjutant General Wikoff, left here to day for Massillon, to direct the movements of the troops ordered to the Mahoning mining region, the civil authorities having advised Gov Hayes of their inability to protect the prop erty of operators and the lives of miners who desire to work, against the mob who hafe prevented the working of the mines for some time past. It is thought that work will be resumed to morrow on the arrival of the militia. FLASHES, Philadelphia, May 1.
