LosDOK. May 10. An Odiasa dis patch represents the Salonica outrage as premeditated. All the Consuls ex cept the British had warned the Gov ernor and Porte that a massacre was intended. A feeling of insecurity prey-ails among the christians and Euro peans in Turkey. A plot was discover ed in Constantinople last week, of which Derish Pasha, their Minister of war, was the head. He persuaded the Sultan that an attack on his palace was meditated. The Governor of Rodiste, had also armed the Mahonie dan population of that place, but re ceived orders to disarm them on re ceiving the news of the Salonica outrage. The Bulgarian insurrection gains ground. The insurgents hold Billoa, and a portion of the Rounnehan Railroad. A Paris dispatch says the inter change of views at Berlin on the Sal onica affair, resulted in a collectivede mand by the powers for the execution ofthe murderers and indemnity to their families, solemn salute to the French and German flags, and guar antees against similar massacres. The Serapia, with the Prince of Wales on board, together with the roy al yacht Osborne and the steam frigate Raleigh, passed Hurat Castle at 11.50 o'clock this morning. The yacht Al bert, on board of which was the Prin cess of Wales and the Iroyal children, met the Prince in Salent, and all the veasels proceeded to Portsmouth where the landing will be effected and a public reception tendered to the Prince. The Daily Telegraph, in an editorial says: "It we are not mistaken, uie English embassador at Constantino ple has informed the government that the situation is critical. A violent out break, of which christians will become the victims, may occur at any mo ment, throughout Turkey, and even in Constantinople. We would not be surprised, therefore, if the English Mediterranean equadrou were ordered immediately to Beseker Bay. at the mouth ofthe Hillespont, the same as on the eve of the Crimean war. A special dispatch to the Post , from Berlin, says it is understood that Count Andrassay, the Austrian Pre mier, has expressed views strongly ad verse to Austrian armed intervention in the Turkish complications.
