New Orleans, October 24. An in junction forbidding the school board establishing separate schools tor whites and blacks, has been dissolved. An European syndicate proposes to loan Louisiana nearly $13,000,000 to ease her finances. The question as to the duration of the present session of Congress is just now agitating the Washington mind. When the members first arrived there was a general disposition to dispose of the public business for which the ex tra session was called, and then ad journ. While there is no doubt a de sire now thus to limit the session, it will hardly be possible to do so, and the present will probably merge into the general session, while the holiday recess will be longer than usual.
