St LouisFeb 5 Parties represent ing the National Bank of Commerce, of New Yorki: entered a jsuit to-day against the National Bank of the State of Missouri for the recovery of one and a half million dollars. The petition re cites an Bgreement entered into by the two institutions on the 26th of Decem ber, 1862, whereby the first named bank loaned the other one million dollars in the form of a continuing loan in this amount. $4(X),000 with interest is still due. It is further claim ed that the Sr Louis Bank is indebted to the New York Bnnk in the" sum of $500,000 for more;, paid on its account up to the date of its suspension. An other half million dollars is claimed for money loaned in tbe course of banking accommodations to the date of the suspension.
