The Smith &. rbe tane. On yesterday Mr. J. M. B. Reynolds, of Boston, the trustee, under the , deed, executed by Messrs. Smith & Forbes,1 seized through the United States mar shal the goods which were levied upon some days ago by Constable Mclure at the instance of Monroe & Co. This seizure was made under an order, of the United States Circuit Court, for the Western District of North Carolina, in an action commenced by Mr. Reynolds. The goods were accordingly returned to the storehouse lately occupied by Smith & Forbes, last night, and placed in the hands of a bailee until further orders. Sr. Klary'a College Wanton County-.
