The case of George Smith, aged 21, of JNew x ork, who died on J.uly 10 in the Brooklyn City Hospital from the effects of injuries received at Brighton Beach on July 9 by diving into shallow water. has excited much interest among phy sicians Decause or tne length or. time the patient lived after having received a broken neck.
