It has been the cMet loP' ot conversation Ln City since the matter WM mentioned, especially since resolutions favoring the construction I were presented at the meeting of the I chamber of commerce July 3d. At that meeting. conuldrhl nnno.ition that meeting, considerable opposition I ucciiiimu inn niv nam grew u oil 'r thmt the. matter was referred to a 1 committee, to jeoort at the next meet meM,n nlnt to consider the Question. This was Indignantly denied. Mr. E. F. Avd, lett, attorney, reported for the com mittee the adoption of the resolution, making- his speech along. the line of required for travel.
