Senator Piatt, of New York, president of ths United States Express Company, when shown the despatch to-night regarding the 110,000 check, which was endorsed to the credit of his company by Louis P. State Convention In endors ing the movement for establishing a reformatory for th young criminals In the State, - and we earnestly beg our State Senator and Representa tive not only to vote for the measure, but to do all In cneir power to make it a success. We also pledge our selves individually to do all in our power to aid In establishing thla re formatory. In our state."
