The docket Is not so nearly crowded as It has been for several terms of court recently. : The cases are mostly for trivial offences. The charge of Judge Justice yesterday was most interesting in every, way. At a late hour to-night somultaneous at tacks were made on cars of the trac tion company where motormen and conductors are on a strike at remote points in the suburbs of the city. Fourteen shots were fired Into one car, which carried a number of pas sengers. No one wag hurt. In West End, several shots were fired at an other car, but no damage was done.
