The papers have been sent to national headquarters, where they will again be passed on. The questions are prepared by the international committee and come in sealed envelopes. The passing of the examination entitles the student to a certificate which Is honored at 210 in stitutions in the United States. Bennett,-who constituted a special com mittee of the Southern Manufactur ers' Club, appeared before a commit tee of the Pennsylvania Editors As sociation in Washington last Saturday to Invite that body to visit Charlotte some time" between May 1st and June ISth, and spend a lew days here.
