The make-up man on The Observer yesterday morning got two stories badly mixed, one an interview with Mayor S. S. McNInch and the other on the election aftermath. Several par agraphs ot the interview were lifted bodily into the other story, thus con fusing things mightily. The close read er will readily note the inadvertent error and make allowance for it.
