The contact of a hot carbon with a picture film caused a fire in the operat ing apartment of the Theato moving picture gallery at No. 31 West Trade street last night about 10 o'clock. Charged With Attempted Wrecking of Train No. 43 Deny Guilt The White Boys Say They Can Prove - They Were In Concord When No. 43 Passed. ' It was Warned yesterday that the three men arrested and Incarcerated in Cabarrus Jail late Friday night and early yestef day morning are confident that they can prove their Innocence of the charge-of attempting to .wreck train 43 by establishing an alibi.
