J. Hannon, of New York, who represents a company of capitalists of that, city who are desirous of building a trolley line from Gaffney to connect Ppartanburg, Charlotte and Intermediate points; Mr, Hannon does not ask for a dollar to help launch the enterprise; he only wishes to be assured that It will be a paying proposition when his people will build it. Capt. It. M. Gaffney wan called to the chair, and a free discussion was had after Mr. Hannon had explained the object of the meet ing:. ', ,v. V:-: '.' ':.; '-,-: ' Among , those who spoke were Col.
