Attorney General Younjg appeared before Judge Bunn In the Ramsey county district court to-day and asked for a writ of mandamus against the Northern Pa cific Railroad Company to compel that road to put into effect the commodity rate law recently declared illegal by Judge Lochren, of the United States District Court.
