Cmtchfield went to Moore county to-day to serve it upon Mr. Mcintosh and the hearing will be held here next Monday before Judge Ferguson. Mr. W. C. Mall, Jr., of Newport News, Va., waa robbed of hli purse containing $35 last night while u pas senger on southbound Southern Rail way train No. 29, between Dan ville, Va and Greensboro.
