The Jury in the Hoetion case found the defendant guilty of manslaughter after four hours' deliberation. Will Burns. In dicted for the rmirder of Charles Ncal at Ben Ludwlok's farm January 17th, after much evidence 1ad been taken, through his counsel, Mr. E. C. Greg ory, pleaded guilty of manslaughter. The original plan of Sheriff Cole to take Randall to Waynesville to day in order to et him further away from Madison was abandoned, the Jail here, the officers consider, being perfectly stife.
